Let's talk about food at AWH
We know food matters, especially when you’re in hospital.
We’re taking a fresh look at what we serve and how it’s delivered.
We’d love for you to tell us honestly what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d change.
This survey should only take a few minutes.
If we could change ONE thing about the food - what should it be?
Completed the survey? This is your final word! Complete the visioner board – add a few words which will be displayed as post its on this project page. (max 140 characters).
